One bedroom unit

One bedroom unit contains one bedroom, one bathroom and a combined kitchen, dining, lounge. Maximum permitted sleeping capacity is 4, although if adults I would not recommend more than 2, due to space constraints. Two bedroom unit

Two bedroom unit comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one an ensuite) , and a large combined kitchen, dining lounge. The unit is approximately twice the floor area of a one bedroom unit. Maximum permitted sleeping capacity is 6 persons. Beds consist of one double in master bedroom (with second TV). two singles in second bedroom and a sofa double settee/bed in the lounge. Unit Facilities:

Balcony. Full kitchen including refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, TV, telephone. All cutlery and bedding. Laundry facilities common to block.

Resort Facilities:

Heated swimming pools & outdoor deck, spa pools, sauna, adult gym, tennis court, petanque court, owners lounge, orchard house & board-walk, bicycles, Sky TV service up to 51 channels), internet, BBQ facilities, table tennis, outdoor chess set, children's playground & trampoline. Tour reservation and advice service from resort staff. Short walk to shops, beach, wharf & wharf comples, village green, multiple restaurants and bars.

Note: Club Paihia is a private resort - all weeks owned individually on a timeshare basis thus any rentals are on a private basis, and not through the resort itself.
